Three ways to register include:

Kaiser (only in some locations)

If you’re enrolled in a Kaiser plan, arrange a virtual visit with someone in the Kaiser network. Your visit will be covered under your medical plan.

In-Person Visits

You also have the option to make an appointment to see a therapist within your network. Your visit will be covered under your medical plan.

If you are looking for a new provider, you are strongly encouraged to compare the cost and quality of providers across the country. It’s easy to do on Castlight. Note: You will need to register if you haven’t already.

If you already have a provider, visit your carriers’ website to make sure they are in-network.

There’s an app for that. Many of our benefits partners have mobile apps.
