What you need to know
They say you’re only as happy as your happiest child, so when one of them is facing a challenge, Solstice is here to help. Whether helping you identify local resources, find useful information, or manage their (or your own) emotional well-being, Solstice can support you and your family.
Child care
Bright Horizons offers both in-center and in-home back-up care to meet your needs. Screened in-home caregivers and care in high-quality centers are available. Care recipients may include infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children or teens. The back-up care offering is limited to 25 visits per year. Register today.
If you are looking for more than back-up care, you have preferred enrollment in Bright Horizons centers for full-time child care. Preferred enrollment allows you to gain access to available full-time child care spaces in Bright Horizons centers ahead of the general community. In addition, you have a free premium Sittercity membership.
Family Concierge
A Bright Horizons Family Concierge is a dedicated team member who can help you find, coordinate, and schedule the best Bright Horizons benefits solutions for child care, elder care, pet care, housekeeping, education enrichment, and more. This team member has extensive knowledge of your employer’s Bright Horizon’s benefits and will work closely with you to create a care plan, share ongoing best practices, and, as your family’s needs change, help adapt your plan. There is no cost to you.
College admissions coaching
Bright Horizons College Coach provides exclusive access to experts—former admissions and financial aid officers at colleges throughout the country—who offer the impartial guidance you need to help your child succeed. Register today and begin working with an admissions coach.
Local resources and support
The employee assistance program (EAP) provides information about child care services available in your area and an online library of documents about parenting issues.
In addition, you can take advantage of up to eight face-to-face counseling sessions per issue, including the stress of being a caregiver, per year. Use the online resources and tools to help you be the best parent you can be.
Call a Health Advocate at 877-622-4327, or visit the EAP website.
There’s an app for that. Many of our benefits partners have mobile apps.
